Free Race Seminars in Wichita This Weekend!


Geary, Oklahoma – December 17, 2016 – Midwest Race Show promoter Greg Deatherage is proud to announce this Saturday’ Kansas Racer’s/High Performance Trade Show, Swap Meet, Auction and Racer’s Reunion will hold free seminars from some of the best in the racing industry. All of the above mentioned is set to take place inside the Century II Convention Center in downtown Wichita, Kansas throughout the day Saturday.

The list of seminar class times and instructors is as follows:

9:00 AM: MIKE HIGLEY, FORMER MODIFIED CHAMPION (MODIFIED AND STOCK CAR SET UPS)

10:00 AM: TONY HATFIELD OF HATFIELD RACING ENGINES (LEARN ENGINE MAINTINANCE FROM ONE OF THE PREMIER ENGINE BUILDERS)

11:00 AM: JUSTIN REXWINKLE OF DESIGNS UNLIMITED (LEARN HOW TO WRAP YOUR RACE CAR, REPAIR AND MAINTAIN YOUR WRAP)

NOON: GARYS SPEED SHOP, YOUR HANS SAFETY EXPERT (LEARN ABOUT THE HANS SAFETY HARNESS AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN SAVING INJURIES)

1:00 PM: RICK BEEBE, FORMER ASA, NASCAR, LATE MODEL AND MODIFIED WINNER (ON RACE CAR MAINTENANCE, PREPARATION AND SET UPS)

2:00 PM: TRENTON BERRY OF RACINDIRT (YOUR FAMILIAR RACING VOICE)

3:00 PM: JAY NEAL OF BSB SHOCKS (SHOCK SEMINAR FOR ALL RACE CARS)

4:00 PM: RUEBEN MEYERS OF OUTPACE RACING PRODUCTS (OVER 20 YEARS OF RACE CAR SUSPENSION EXPERIENCE)

It will be an eventful day for this annual event, not only will companies be introducing their new products for the 2016 race season and parts/accessories for racers to buy on-the-spot, but even more race related activities for even the casual race fan.

The trade show will be open at 8:00 AM with the Kansas Racers Reunion set from noon until 6:00 PM. Lots of Interest has been expressed with Midwest Winter Race Show officials expecting a great turnout.
