Monett Speedway returns with two POWRi divisions
BELLEVILLE, Ill (Feb. 24, 2026)—POWRi competition is set to return to Monett Speedway in 2026, renewing a familiar partnership with the Southwest Missouri facility as the "Grand Ol' Lady" sanctions POWRi Super Stock and Midwest Mod divisions during the upcoming season.
Monett Speedway has long been a staple venue for weekly division racing, and the 2026 return reinforces POWRi’s commitment to strengthening regional competition through standardized rules, consistent officiating and driver-focused sanctioning. Fans can once again expect competitive fields and side-by-side racing on the racy 3/8-mile red-clay oval.
Monett Speedway will also follow POWRi Pure Stock rules for its weekly program, but will not be sanctioned in 2026.
