Late Models open their season at the Southern Iowa Speedway this Wednesday
night sponsored by Van Wal Equipment, Bank Iowa, and Vital Men. IMCA Sport
Compacts also begin their season along with IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport mods,
IMCA Stock Cars, and IMCA Hobby Stocks. Bank Iowa will be giving all children
10 and under a prize at intermission along with 2 drivers having a chance at
winning a free pit pass. Drivers of the night are Brett Lowry and Todd Cooney
this Wednesday and next Wednesday will be Danny Thrasher and Aj Johnson. No
rain in the forecast and temperatures to reach almost 90 degrees. Put away your
coats and come out and watch some great racing at the Southern Iowa Speedway.
