Updated Minor Release and Waiver Form Information
For the 2019 Racing season, we are being instructed that the following applies to all minors wanting to gain entry into the Stateline Pit Area. Please read the message below and adhere to it to the word.
PARENTAL CONSENT on MINOR RELEASE AND WAIVER FORM
All minors, under the age of 18, must have a Minor Release Form SIGNED by BOTH LEGAL PARENTS and the form MUST BE NOTARIZED, prior to entry into the Stateline Pit area. Both legal parents must sign and date the “Minor Release” and circle their relationship to the child where indicated, regardless of whom the child lives with. The "Minor Release" must be filled in completely and be legible. The form can be found at newstatelinespeedway.com under the Rules/Forms tab.
