SNMS Street Stock Main - 8/16/2014 You Be The Judge

During the Street Stock Main Event at Southern New Mexico Speedway, 8/16/2014, the 07 car spun out coming out of turn two. Caution flag was charged to the 07 and he was sent to the back. Was this a good call? BTW, the 07 came back and won the race against some very good competition!
